Well. A hell of a lot has happened in the last couple of months. I've been here only once or twice in all that time and I regret not being around, but there wasn't much I could do.
To start with, I've gone on several trips all up and down the East Coast, and it's been exhausting. I have had to entertain and babysit friends and their siblings for the last two weeks straight. If you count that time, I have been at home a total of 16 days since I got out of school on the 15th of June. If not, I have had 5 days at home. Yeah. It's been hectic.
Below this point are quite possibly triggering explanations and reasons as to why else I have not been around. Please do not read below this point if you don't want to know. However, I will make a clear note where the few happy things are after I get the rough stuff out of the way. You'll be able to tell when the darker colored text stops.
For one, I went to Florida and was basically molested by my uncle, who has hit on me and generally been a creep since I was nine years old. I will also add that I am a seventeen year old female, and I will be legal in about 8 months, so I'm a little worried about what he might do to me if I go back down there.
Another thing. Well, a few things. I attempted suicide three times in the last four months due to my depression and anxiety getting worse. Along with that, I am also having trouble because the medication that usually helps with those issues is no longer as effective since my body has grown used to it. In other words, I basically OD-ed once and attempted to OD twice, failed to kill myself, and I'm generally a mess. So that happened.
On top of that, one of my closest friends was killed in a car crash, my abusive ex-girlfriend is attempting to regain contact with me and is threatening me again, and my current girlfriend and I are in a rough patch.
The good news is that I have made a new friend via Tumblr, John, who is one of the sweetest guys in the world. John is autistic and Deaf, and he plans to teach me sign language over Skype. On top of that, we are going to caption recordings of musicals and plays to make them more accessible to the Deaf community.
Oh, and I finally sorted out my religion and gender issues, so that's probably good.
It's good to be back.
