Reactions

Like many communities, Kinmunity utilizes a reaction system which enables users to react to content by use of a graphic. Kinmunity's reactions also tie in with our reputation system. Each reaction graphic can add or subtract from a user's overall reputation score. The score is used as a mathematical representation of a user's reputation within our community. The idea is that the higher your reputation score is, the more trust the community is willing to give you.

In addition to user reputation, pieces of content also have their own reputation score. This is used by our algorithm to enable crowd sourced moderation; that's right -- reacting to content also helps keep Kinmunity safe! Each graphical reaction has a description assigned to it, and should only be given when the description is met. A list of reactions is available below:
