Licencing Info - Kinmunity Jump to content
  • Kinmunity allows authors of library articles to optionally select a license under which to publish their article. This license controls how users of Kinmunity will be able to share and utilize said articles. We use Creative Commons licenses for this purpose, as well as standard "all rights reserved" protection for those who desire it. For the purposes of convenience, a summary of each license is available below:

    All Rights Reserved

This license forbids users from copying your work, although upon submission, you give Kinmunity a limited license to publish it in the library. See our terms of service for more information regarding our rights to publish your work upon submission.

    CC0

This license effectively places your work into the public domain, waiving all applicable rights to your work.

    BY

This license lets others distribute, remix, tweak, and build upon your work, even commercially, as long as they credit you for the original creation.

    BY-SA

This license lets others remix, tweak, and build upon your work even for commercial purposes, as long as they credit you and license their new creations under the identical terms.

    BY-NC

This license lets others remix, tweak, and build upon your work non-commercially, and although their new works must also acknowledge you and be non-commercial, they don’t have to license their derivative works on the same terms.

    BY-NC-SA

This license lets others remix, tweak, and build upon your work non-commercially, as long as they credit you and license their new creations under the identical terms.

    BY-NC-ND

This license only allows others to download your works and share them with others as long as they credit you, but they can’t change them in any way or use them commercially.
