As you may have noticed (especially if you have a hotmail, outlook.com, or live.com email address), there have been some issues with certain email providers being unable to receive mail from Kinmunity. This has caused a lot of problems, including users of Microsoft-hosted email accounts not receiving any mail from us, including our initial activation email. Over the past few days, I have been working with the Outlook.com deliverability team to rectify the problem and I am happy to report that they no longer block our emails. I have taken the liberty of activating all accounts using hotmail, outlook.com, or live.com email addresses that have attempted to register before this problem is fixed. All users should be able to properly receive our activation emails at this time. If you're unable to receive our emails, please contact us to rectify the problem. Important Notes On some email providers, our activation emails may wind up in your spam/junk/bulk folder. Please check this folder before reporting that an activation email has not arrived. After you perform account activation, you must continue to maintain a valid email address on file with us. If we are unable to deliver mail to your address, you will receive a notice and your account will automatically deactivated until you confirm a valid email address. We do not accept disposable email addresses. Accounts which are registered with a disposable email address will be automatically rejected by our security system. If a previously registered account is later found to have a disposable email address by our security system, the account will automatically be deactivated until you confirm a valid email address.
