    Update time is everyone's favorite time on Kinmunity. We have made several updates in the form of bug fixes and stability improvements, and even a couple of new features too! Without further delay, here are the updates:

    New Features
    KinCash / Shop

    • The Lottery System is back. If you'd like to try your luck at winning up to Ƀ30,000.00 bones you can buy a ticket for only Ƀ50.00 here!
    • We now have a basic banking system. By putting your bones in the bank, you have the ability to collect interest on them. You must visit the bank each day and click the "collect interest" button in order to do so. Hopefully, this will encourage you to log in each day. You may visit the bank here. (the option has existed for some time, but the feature is only now fully available)
    Bug Fixes
    Server Core

    • SSL Vulnerability CVE-2016-2108 has been patched.
    • Our SSL cipher suite has been updated to meet 2016 best practices.
    • Various other security updates.
    • Various stability updates.
    Chat System
    • Bugs causing lag when submitting messages have been fixed.
    Social Groups
    • Yet again, we have updated more language strings to better explain actions as they occur.
    • Media uploads within social groups is fixed.
    Media Contest
    • Our art contest that was in-progress before the 05-01-2016 downtime incident has been re-launched. Users have until 06-29-2016 to submit their entries.     Bones Claims
    • Users who meet certain criteria are able to have their bones recovered. In a recovery operation, a Kinmunity staff member will manually apply missing bones to your account. Claims will be processed in the order in which they are received, and it may take up to two weeks to process recovery claims. Users must meet the following criteria to submit a claim:
      • must have made a purchase on Kinmunity or a donation to Kinmunity at least once.
      • must have been a user of Kinmunity prior to 05-01-2016. Users who have had to recreate their account after the incident still qualify.
      • must fill out the recovery form accurately, honestly, and to the best of your ability.
    • You have until 06/25/2016 to make a claim!
