Your latest music-induced frisson

To those who don't know what frisson is, it is also known as skin orgasm, and when it's induced by music some people call it musical orgasm.

So, what was the last time you had one? In what music and in what part did you get it?

My last time was today on the bus while returning home from college on the music above from the second 50 to the second 58.

[PLURALSYS=color_hue=272;Mew]I think the last time we experienced that was when we listenend to

(especially from 2:39 on). We rarely listen to German songs (most of them are so bad...) but Atlantis and I are in love with that one. I know, most of you won't understand the lyrics but... I wanted to share it :)[/PLURALSYS]

I get them all the time. My favorite ones are at Drum Corp International shows or competitive marching band shows.

I'm a huge band nerd and anything with mybinstrumemt is amazing. I can always post a link if anybody wants.

Most recently, this song: through most of it, but especially from 1:30 onwards.

I used to watch the Drum Corp championships on PBS back in the day when they broadcast such things. And then a few years ago discovered Top Secret. I don't watch often, but every now and then get in the mood for it. What was your instrument? When I was in high school marching band, I played euphonium :)

As for the subject of this thread, this one does it to me all the time, full body:

Ayumi Hamasaki's (my favorite singer) new song We are the QUEENS. Can't find a full version on YouTube because it just came out and it's Japanese... but I can describe it! It starts off orchestral with female chanting and then leaps into a dance/rock hybrid that's reminiscent of arena rock. Ayu sounds incredibly powerful in her vocals and then the song breaks down with a solo guitar and more epic orchestra stylings. Then it finishes off with a literal banging sound. Ayu will always be my favorite singer! ^+^

BoyInABand's "I'm Not Dead." got me recently. Raw emotional energy in music gives me the "ahnfksdhfjs."

I had one yesterday induced by "Time," from the Hans Zimmer-composed score of "Inception". A lot of Hans Zimmer's stuff will give me the tingles. It's a great feeling. :)

I can think of a lot of songs that do that for me, comes with the kind of music I listen to a lot, I think. A couple of the ones I can think of off the top of my head are TID's Världen Stannar Med Mig (thought I think nearly all of their stuff is capable of it,)

(from the King Authur OST) at about 7:10 onward, and, because Ghost has ruined my life irrevocably and I don't even mind,
(Eyes Wide Shut). I could probably go on, since music is pretty much what I do with my life and I never stop thinking about it, but I'll leave it there for now.

I found myself falling in love with the How to Train Your Dragon soundtrack, especially Where No One Goes by Jonsi. The moments that give me especially large chills every single time are at 0:53 and 1:54. I can also relate to the lyrics very well so it just makes the song even better.
