Ability to delete resources added

Just wondering if this could be a thing. The link I uploaded is now just my personal blog on an access list only basis but I cannot delete it. It would be a good idea to allow people who added resources to delete links in the event a site or something is shut down or the purpose is changed.

If you would like the resource deleted, please report it and use the "This is okay, but I want to tell a moderator about it" as a selectable reason. In the message field, explain that you would like for the link to be deleted.
