Hello everyone! (*ใƒปฯ‰ใƒป)๏พ‰ Even during the worst of times, it's important to always take care of ourselves. Even if it might not make all of your problems go away, it might just make coping with things a little bit easier until they do. Some of them might seem small, but you may find that they make getting through the day just a little bit easier.

โ™ก ๐’ฎ๐‘’๐“๐’ป ๐’ธ๐’ถ๐“‡๐‘’ ๐’พ๐’น๐‘’๐’ถ๐“ˆ โ™ก

โ™ก Listen to some music that makes you feel calm and/or happy. (Might I recommend my Chill and Happy Music Playlist?)

โ™ก Make yourself feel handsome/beautiful. Do your makeup or wear that nice outfit you really like. Take a few selfies!

โ™ก Buy yourself a gift, within a reasonable price of course.

โ™ก Have a home spa day. Light some candles, use a bath bomb and/or some bubble bath, paint your nails if you're into that, etc. Pamper yourself!

โ™ก Talk to someone you like. A friend, family member, etc. Text them, call them on the phone, or maybe even go somewhere if you feel up to it. They might help take your mind off things, lift your spirits or help you feel less alone.

โ™ก Enjoy nature. It doesn't have to be far, it can even just be going out in your backyard or giving your houseplants some water. Speaking of water...

โ™ก Stay hydrated! Drink lots of water!

โ™ก Take a nap if you need one. Be sure to stay well-rested.

โ™ก Write something. A journal entry about your feelings, a short story or poem, whatever you enjoy.

โ™ก Meditate!

โ™ก Make yourself a meal. Make it something fun and that you enjoy, like your favorite food.

โ™ก Bake something.

โ™ก Take some photos. Allow yourself to look at the world around you in a beautiful way.

โ™ก Take some vitamins (if you need them)

โ™ก Light a candle. They make a good atmosphere and good smells!

โ™ก Remember to stretch. It can be energizing and refreshing.

โ™ก Pray.

โ™ก Let yourself cry if you need it. Don't be afraid to feel.

โ™ก Start keeping a list of the nice things that people say about you and read it when you feel down.

โ™ก Dance!

โ™ก Help someone else.

โ™ก Remember that things will be okay.
